It appears this game has limited contoller support to the x360 controller. Absolutely amazing. That's definitely not true. Locate the save folder for Burnout Paradise (I can't remember the exact path, it's in the readme file in the main Burnout Directory,) and in that save folder there is a file called "defaults" and it lists a ton of controllers that are compatible.
Search for "regedit" in your windows search bar thing. Launch the program, then go to EA games, Burnout, then change both language and locale files o English and en_EN respectively. Launch game, it'll all be in english. Sry, slight mistake, execute regedit, then, it's "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" > "SOFTWARE" > "Ea Games", etc
The Party DLC was the first DLC for Burnout Paradise. It allows for a pass-the-controls group party in the game to complete challenges. This DLC is included with both The Ultimate Box and Remastered, so there's nothing you need to do to unlock it. Simply launch the game and select "Start a Party"!

The only way to unlock the bikes for offline use is to complete the Burning Rides and Midnight Rides offline. You'll get one when you complete half of the courses (a 50% complete license) and another when you complete all of them (at 100%).
