How to Wait and Pass Time in Assassin’s Creed Origins Like most open-world games these days, Assassin’s Creed Origins gives you the ability to pass time whenever you want to.

There is no way to do what you're describing. That was implemented in Odyssey and Valhalla but not in Origins. If you're playing on PC you can however copy saves prior to what you want to do, essentially making a save state.
