When I was looking for RAM last week, I saw this for $105 or so. Thought it was a good price for 32GB but after searching previous posts about this, some people said that it might not be able to hit 3200MHz so I went with the ballistix instead for a little more.
Looks like maybe 5% more perf in certain games, zero in others. I'm basing that on the 2 kits that are 3600 Mhz. One with loose timings versus the other with tight timings.
