Somehow when I run the game in windowed mode it maintains the aspect ratio but when I switch to fullscreen it goes back to 16:9 streched And windowed mode is unplayable because really bad fps as well as the border/taskbar showing.

Hi! I really like your guide, it's very helpful. The only issue I've got is ReShade - I can't launch it after the game launches. I press 'Home' and the only thing happens is opening Rockstar Social Club. 😕 I'm sure I've installed it correctly - there are ReShade related files in my GTA IV folder.
