Try "Revoke USB debugging authorisations" in Android after changing developing computer. I had the same problem when I upgraded my development computer. I guess Android allows USB debugging from 1 computer at a time. If another computer already has debug privileges then the Android does not popup the permission dialog for the new computer.

For unlocking bootloader of Huawei or Honor smartphones, you need to follow the below steps one after another –. Step 1: Download & install Minimal ADB & USB Drivers on your PC.
